BULLDOZER was founded in 2002 by
Oliver J. Brown & Edo van Duijn

BULLDOZER is a full stack entertainment company with ventures integrating Talent Management, Music services, Events & Touring, Brands Partnerships and Technology. That is at our core; but how we do it is powered by our quest for innovation, creativity, collaboration and disruptive new business models and formats.

At BULLDOZER we are a collective of managers, marketeers and entrepreneurs with one thing in common: A deep rooted passion for music and culture and a desire to do things differently.

Today’s artists and brands require a worldwide footprint and resources outside the traditional industries to consistently add value and stay relevant towards a global audience. An audience that is increasingly seeking authenticity and true connection. Our mission is to make those connections happen and build successful and long-term businesses and brands.

Edo is an experienced entertainment entrepreneur, artist director and Talent manager with a successful 20-plus year career in the UK, Europe and South America.  A track record of pioneering and ground breaking accomplishments have helped him establish a solid reputation in the industry.

Oliver J. Brown

CEO & Co-Founder

25 years+ since launching the global club brand Movement and of course Bulldozer itself, Co-Founder Oliver has continued working closely with long-standing clients in artist (and label) management and publishing. Oliver is a serial entrepreneur in the creative world.

Claudio Mattos

Head of Business Development & Partnerships

Hailing from Brazil, Claudio is a dynamic business professional with a foundation in International Business from VU Amsterdam and additional training at Oxford University. With a corporate background at Supergasbras (SHV Energy) and Bradesco Seguros, he brings strategic insights and experience as Head of Business Development. Claudio also co-leads as Partnerships Manager for Creamfields Brazil, one of Bulldozer’s festival assets.
